Lee Crosse
Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director Lee has more than 25 years’ experience in safety surfacing. He spent the first five years with a regional surfacing company before joining Amey and its all-weather sports surface business Sport-Tec. Lee founded Redlynch in 1997 and has helped the company grow to become one of the UK’s leading safety surface companies. He is responsible for strategic direction and is actively involved in day-to-day operations, advising customers and visiting sites across the country. Lee is a mine of information, and dedicated to helping clients.
Danielle Macleod
Customer Services Director
Dan is likely to be your first contact with Redlynch. Among her many talents she operates the telephones, directs customer inquiries, dispatches brochures and samples and keeps people happy. Keeping a busy office running smoothly is quite a task but Dan manages it with ease – and a smile.
Tina Harrison
Admin Director
Tina combines office management and finance. She is responsible for keeping Redlynch on the straight and narrow, looking after insurance, certification and training. Tina has an eye for detail and manages our supply chain to ensure that we deliver a quality service at every stage.
Colin Steeds
Technical Consultant – Wales and WestColin enjoyed an extensive career in chemicals and manufacturing before entering the play industry, spending 10 years with an equipment company before joining Redlynch in 2002. Combining detailed technical knowledge with vast experience in play equipment means Colin is exceptionally qualified to assist his varied clients across the region.
Charles Fitzsimons
Technical Consultant – London and the South East
Charles has worked in safety surfacing since 1992 and joined Redlynch in 2013. He enjoys building relationships with clients, safe in the knowledge that experienced and competent staff will install a quality product that will give years of service.
Mark Chapman
Technical Consultant – Midlands and East Anglia
Mark is one of our most experienced staff, having worked with safety surfacing and equipment for more than 30 years. He joined Redlynch in 2005 and guides clients through all their options to ensure that they have the right product for the right location.
Neville Gardner CMIOSH
Health and Safety Consultant
Neville is an independent consultant who has worked with Redlynch since 2011. He works with a wide range of clients and industries, giving him a very practical and broad view of health and safety. His many responsibilities include auditing the group’s policy and those
of its subcontractors, preparing risk and method statements and ensuring that the health and welfare of staff and clients is at the forefront of the company’s operations.
Shaun Foard
Senior Foreman – Installation
Shaun has worked with Redlynch since 2001 and is responsible for the installation of play equipment in advance of the safety surfacing. He has a top to bottom knowledge of equipment, inspecting every piece with a critical eye for quality. Whether swings or roundabouts, zip wires or climbing frames, Shaun and his team ensure every item will deliver years of enjoyment and safe play.
Mark Stead
Senior Foreman – SurfacingMark has been with Redlynch since the very beginning and is our longest-serving employee, having worked with Managing Director Lee at a previous company. With a love for the outdoor life, Mark can still be found on the tools as well as supervising surfacing teams across the country. The joy on children’s faces as they see the new surface at the end of each project gives him as much satisfaction now as at the beginning.
